LET ALL OUR PUBLIC OFFICIALS SIGN THE WAIVER, NO EXCEPTION.

Even if Corona is removed from office, let his last acts of patriotism be enshrined and passed on as his legacy to the Filpino people and the nation.

LET ALL OUR PUBLIC OFFICIALS SIGN THE WAIVER, NO EXCEPTION.

Corona may be a villain to many, but a villain he was not when he moved the people, the entire nation, to open and fixed its eyes not only upon his corruption but to all corrupt public officials cleverly shunning away from the very instrument that will prove them all to be crooks. A most powerful instrument that will greatly help the nation in its fight against corruption.

There is another legacy he has given his Filipino people and our nation. Yes, the same villain that he was not when he masterminded the final and executory decision to give the rightful beneficiaries, the long suffering [a million times greater than his own] farmers of the Conjuangco's HLI, their land willed to them by the Philippine government. The land Cory and son Noynoy would care only to be left as their own, even if it is a stolen property. This heroic act of his may have moved our poor farmers hope for a better life beyond certitude of poverty AND AWAY from their nagging desire to rebel, to fight a bloody war against their oppressors to gain freedom to secure their lives. How much did his heroic act reduce the danger of a farmers' uprising? Pnoy would not want to guess, that's for sure, or even think of it.

I say and beg my countryment to let these unusual heroic acts grow in the callous hearts of our karakot politicians.

If we focus only upon the negatives, then no man can ever be a hero or a good man. We should learn the art of better character viewing - to focus on the whole and seek out the best in a man and exploit it for our own good.

What happened to the noble advocacies of Kaya Natin Keh?

Why does he not come out into the open to appraise Corona with the good in him too? He is a Christian he says but does not act as one.

Why are these good acts of Corona being put asunder? Because the kurakots beholden first to their plundering ways and next to their rich partners don't want to disturb the hornet's nest. For so doing, their chances of plundering will be diminished and may soon be over.

Why praise the very few "good" in Corona when it is bad for the people in power? Oops, that does not need any answer. Why are the kurakots not praising him for it? Ano ka naman

Ogie?

They would rather stop the good deeds from blooming for everyone to smell the sweet aroma intended for the good of everyone. Yes, and they can. For WHAT ARE THEY IN POWER FOR??

Another legacy he has left us even as he is a known villain. He fought for respecting the independence of the independent institution of our government. In this war he was not only fighting for the SC's independence but also for others like Congress and the Ombudsman who should not be taught to follow the President's wishes! He was fighting for the Filipinos who abide by the most powerful institution of the land – the constitution.

In my humble final analysis, he, the cornered villain, had the good will to share a few nuggets of his wealth of courage of conviction for righteous governance so his suffering at the hands of his equally corrupt oppressors, spending millions of people's money for the last 5 months of litigation, would not entirely go to waste.

He shared and in my humble opinion scored high. "E, wala rin lang mangyayari sa akin, ibibigay ko na ang nararapat sa kanila. Sinabi ko na rin, kung mapatunayan na ang yaman ko po ay nakaw, ibibigay ko sa charity."

To this man, who has been able to humble himself before his people, na kinurakot daw niya [daw lang kasi hindi naman nagsasalita ang pari na pinagkumpisalan niya] I doff my hat for his legacies, the good examples demonstrated before millions of his people.

To the pathertic but humble theft dying beside him who was "cornered" in his cross and nowhere to go but death, he begged,

"Jesus remember me when you come in your kingdom." Jesus replied, his second last word, "Truly, I say to you, this day thou shall be with me in paradise."

The theft must have felt he was not alluded to when Jesus’ said his first word,

“Forgive them father for they know not what they do.”

How sincere was CJ Corona when he made his confession?

My humble guess is “very sincere.”

Why do I say that? Because knowing what he knows of Pnoy’s

“What am I in power for?" his God was his only salvation.

Please pray for the man, a sinner but a Filipino patriot.

Ogie,

I have yet to hear a Filipino condemn CJ Corona without condemning all the other government officials like him. Hmm.. there is hope for the Filipino in that.
