Overcoming problems after problems we are now experiencing in this country

Will incarceration of Ex-PGMA will end or at least minimize corruption and electoral frauds in this country?

Are moral recovery seminars enough? What is there to recover anyway when wealth of this country are gone?

Many Filipinos are jailed abroad for overstaying, others are even overstaying in foreign jails while some stayed under bridges in other countries living in stressful and worst condition one can't imagined just to find a place in the sun!

Being recorder of events for decades now, in the area where I have not seen as many as jealous people as it has who will do anything to pin you down, deceive you, tell all lies about you and even wanted you killed slowly but softly with crab mentality abound like mushrooms scattered all over, has some sort of awakening experience.

Ergo, I do now have reasons in the whole context of Philippine setting that gives me sort of an an impression based on the real personal experiences why we Filipinos are a great failure!

Why we as a country miserably failed.

One, Filipinos attitude of crab-mentality and too much jealous with fellow Filipinos that instead of helping, we pin other Pinoys down especially when we cannot administer, control him or her. However when Filipinos are in other countries, we are as silent and behave as a lamb though some show their real characters as Filipinos.

The reason why some of us ended up in jail due illegalities, drug smuggling and other animosities in foreign countries.

Two, we are not united as people. We lack patience for national unity that every time our ego attacked or being touch we easily shy away, go separate ways and worst we formed another group.

Three, we have not produced leaders until now that has patience to unite and inspire us all, Instead and unluckily we elected leaders who only after in their personal and business interests, greed and pride.

And because, in the whole context everything is affected by our unique characters, our media is just the same, also full of politicking, personal interests and motivation and therefore reporting full of half truths.

The powerful and oligarchs owned the Philippine media thus it can manipulate truths by the manipulating media itself in imperialist Manila style.

Look, the Maguindanao massacre where a number of journalists (kuno) were killed until now there is no resolution of the cases.

Fourth, our agriculture sector has not yet been developed and mechanize despite of availability of modern technology. Thus, left in the farms and far flung areas are old, weary farmers whose sons and daughters go to urban areas in hordes trying to seek greener pastures but only ended up in misfortunes.

When they return to their barrios, some are already impregnated adding population to the Philippines. While farmers' sons who ended up us houseboys, some pickpockets and snatchers end up in jail.

Fifth, our educational system defective as ever, it does not make our students critical thinkers, creative, productive, innovative but still slavery in their minds ending up just mere to do household chores not in production lines of factories and savvy in technology. Not entrepreneurs but mere employees.

Sixth, because we are not enlightened individuals because we lack knowledge and information due defective educational system, our justice system tainted with so much inequality and injustices that hounds Filipinos especially the poor until this very day. Swift Justice to the rich and famous and those who can afford to pay while delayed justice to poor Filipinos.

Seventh, and because of all these problems contributed so much to our poverty woes, we sell our votes and so corruptions after corruptions by powers that be controlling government officials, judiciary and the legislative who buy our votes continued up to this day thus real basic services in the government is nowhere to be found. The vicious cycle of poverty continues thus miseries of the Filipino people continue.

Can we overcome all these? Not in my life time and in the kind of attitude we have now among youths, never in my wildest dreams this country become great.

I had friends whose parents walked by kilometers during their days. Can the youths of today do that? Youths of today not only lack of discipline and independence to stand up on their own but some are into vices too like illegal drugs and all kinds of vices one can't imagined.

Worst, media they see daily is about showbiz, tsismis and intrigues and artista who don't even know how to plant kamote forgetting that we are basically an agriculture country. We love instant things, like instant beauty, instant fame and fortune instead of studying how to grow plants and vegetables and livestock.

Are the Youths really the future of this country as what Gat Jose claimed? Never in my wildest dream. All we can do now is just pray.

And the communists, some are real ideologues while some are into money making and others just mere followers because it is in and no way they can get justice because we have an absentee government anyway ARE NOW LAUGHING OF THE VERY FOOLISHNESS OF OUR LEADERS.

Then what will be fate of nearly 100-M Filipinos and the population keeps growing because the Catholic Church says it is sin to control it, I don't know ABANGAN NA LANG ANG SUSUNOD NA KABANATA....
