The "Doctor" Collantes who reportedly is not...to be Regional Commander, Canada?

Sir Pablo Trillana III,

Congratulations for bagging the Supreme Commander job! A GREAT Challenge and a Great task for the RIGHT man for the job!

(No Sir, Lazir is not into flowery words. Let the TRUTH come out and speak for itself!)

Sir Ralph Bunag could only be in the wrong...! Otherwise, Lazir asks him to PROVE his point/s with valid ARGUMENTS that Collantes would make a GOOD KOr steward!

Didn't Collantes throw out Sir Manny Bade from a Canada conference in August 2008?

Even Esguerra who was present "tolerated" such deed, by INACTION! (And Esguerra prides himself being showered with worldwide Rizalian recognitions, for ... Justice!)

Should KOR parade Collantes as its Canada Regional Commander, despite proven allegations of him being a "crook" for his pending criminal cases, reported in the past e-mail exchanges here in KOR World? Those numbered Criminal cases won't be there, if there are no valid reasons, after proper preliminary deliberations/investigations by constituted authority, or?

No, Lazir didn't invent those Criminal Case Numbers from thin air!

Just asking please, as even Collantes' doctorate degree reportedly has NO basis!

Rizalists should behave the way its new KOR Supremo (in your good name, Sir Pablo) is showing KOR members how it is done!

Respectfully recommend to IGNORE the name Collantes and Paras for any high or low office in the KOR, anywhere.

The SHAME must stop!

This request likewise applies to names like: Guansing, Alcoba, Nollas, all from Belgium, Paras' boys! Even German Plueckebaum should be investigated for lying to, for duplicity, by denouncing Lazir February 2009!

What could one best give an incompetent like Paras for example, the SHAME of Europe?

Oh yes, Paras was 'competent' bringing SHAME to KOR Europe!

Those who readily quit in DISGUST upon Paras' rise to become Europe Regional head attest to this very SAD fact!

It was Quiambao's fault, whether Quiambao admits it or not! What drove Quiambao to push Paras up? What drove Esguerra to sign Paras' appointment orders? What pushed Samuela to tarnish his name with phony investigations that Moreno brought SHAME to the KOR (in 2007-2010?), when the same Samuela kept SILENT about Quiambao's unreported approx. Euro 5,000 that Mushake confirmed to Lazir he donated sometime in 1999-2000. At that time Quiambao was Supremo! Why was this same Samuela SILENT on the Paras case of Plagiarism, of FAKING written reports and pictures that Paras submitted to IHQ? Would this same Samuela have the guts to now investigate Paras for not RETURNING voluminous documents, files, photos, records belonging to El Filibusterismo Chapter, Belgium? Records attest to the fact that even then honorable Supreme Commander Boy Gempesaw was IGNORED by Paras (and his boys)? Now that these things are out in the open, with records/evidence on hand, will Samuela TURN TAIL or would he gladly come to Europe to investigate?

What idiotic logic drove Samuela to conclude that Quiambao did not bring SHAME to the KOR for those missing approx. Euro 5,000; or for pushing for Paras' and Collantes promotions to KGORs, most probably based upon doctored/fake documents?

What moronic logic made Samuela think Moreno ought to be expelled, for reporting evil deeds of Quiambao and his boys?

To follow Samuela's logic (if not ignorance of jurisprudence and journalistic rules) the UN must be prosecuted for REPORTING about the Maguindanao Massacre! The UN brought SHAME upon the world for this massacre! (Lazir REPORTED about KOR misdeeds and Samuela prosecuted/expelled Moreno! For this wrongdoing, Samuela OUGHT to be disciplined too, if not DISBARRED! hehehe)

No more SHAME brought about by incompetence!
So Lazir can STOP reporting about them!
...and keep the BP low.

for country and people!

To all my beloved brother KOR,

I feel sad and embarrassed, at the same time ,that my name has been dragged into this matter of appointment of our next Regional Commander of KOR Canada. Without doubt, I acted hastily and, probably, so recklessly. I should have known better. However, I would like to make it very, very clear here that the only reason why I acted so swiftly was that, on the bases of PERFORMANCE and LEADERSHIP, the fellow I supported for the position in question was responsible for organizing KOR chapters in various parts of Canada. As a person who is not so keen to gossips and innuendoes, having been associated very closely with Benedictine priests for years in a very strict catholic learning institution, I was not able to grasp at the other side of the issues. And granting, arguendo, that I was fully aware of those negative points involving the subject nominee, still I am not the person to judge him ,or anybody else, for that matter. Moreover,it is a universally accepted principle in any jurisprudence, that an accused person is presumed to be innocent until proven otherwise. The fact still remains that, if the subject individual really committed the offenses he has been charged of, then why is it that until now he still operates, both in the Philippines and in Canada, and even in some other countries, the business from which the alleged cases arose?

I rest my case, and thanks for giving me this opportunity to expound on this regrettably controversial, but important, issues.

NON OMNIS MORIAR.

Sincerely your brod in KOR,

Sir Atty. Ralph M. Bunag, KCR
Area Commander of KOR Central Canada, the Greater Toronto Area and Eastern Canada
Mississauga City, Ontario, Canada L5N 4T1

Sir Lazir,

My friend, I appeal to you now, as your friend and comrade-in-arms. There is now a new team. The old one is now gone, we now have a new leader. Let's give him a chance to start fresh,. free from the intramurals and mud slinging of the past. It would be unfair to Sir Pablo Trillana III, KGCR to burden him with the trash of the past. Let's now bury the hatchet, so to speak, and let us work together for the good name of our beloved national hero.

In so far as appointments are concerned, I am sure the new Supreme Commander will be guided according to his good judgment. But, nevertheless, whatever his decision will be let us respect it and give it a chance.

On my part, I have already forgiven anyone who might have done me wrong in the past, in much the same way that I would like to ask for forgiveness from those I have wronged.

Let us start this new supreme council's term with a clean slate.

Non omnis moriar,

Sir Manny Bade, KCR
